Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Opportunities:
We ask that all volunteers apply through our volunteer registration form, found here.
Volunteers will be asked to work a total of twelve (12) hours throughout the event. The volunteer coordinator will be the point of contact and will build the schedule based on availability and experience.
We utilize volunteers in a number of areas, and if you have a specific skill set, we will try our best to place you in that area.
If you would like to work more than the requested 12 hours, please let our volunteer coordinator know.
Volunteer Training and Gear:
Volunteers will receive at least one volunteer shirt in their size. Each volunteer will receive basic training for their individual areas – each area will have an experienced volunteer already in place.
We need volunteers in the following areas:
1. Obstacle Course
2. Event Entrance
3. Off-Road Trail
4. Vendor Check-In
5. General Parking
6. Camping Check-In
7. Exhibitor Overflow Parking
8. Camping Area Parking
9. Exhibitor Area Set-Up/Break-Down
10. First – Aid
11. Daily Raffles
12. Gate Security
13. Merchandise Tent
Volunteer Benefits:
In exchange for volunteering twelve (12) hours of your time, you will be offered a complimentary Weekend Camping Pass. This pass gives you access to the vendor area, all seminars, participation in the raffle, as well as access to the obstacle course and off-road trail.
The Weekend Camping Pass restrictions are limited to ground tents, overland vehicles, small overland trailers, small overland vans and motorcycles only. The will be a separate camping area for RVs and campers with generators. Volunteers can check-in for camping starting on Thursday, February 29th at 7:00am.
