If you plan to camp with others, you must coordinate off-site with others in your party and wait to enter the camping area until your entire party is together.
  • Vehicle restrictions apply: festival style campsites are limited to motorcycles, tents, overland vehicles, and small overland trailers only. RV’S, fifth wheels and large trailers are allowed, but will be parked in a separate area where generators are allowed to run 24/7.
  • While our event encourages the utilization of vehicles and motorcycles for overlanding and adventure travel, we kindly request minimizing driving within the venue premises and when traveling to and from the camping area. For safety reasons, vehicles and motorcycles are not allowed in the exhibitor area.

To navigate the campgrounds, mountain bikes, electric bikes, and scooters serve as excellent alternatives. We will have electric bike rentals available from HVE Bikes. It’s important to highlight that ATVs, quads, or side-by-sides are strictly prohibited, except for those being used in demos with our vendors or those equipped with appropriate handicap placards, solely intended to aid low-mobility attendees in accessing sites.

  • TERRAIN: Camping is in an open, grassy area. NOTE: There may be uneven terrain – bring good leveling blocks, please don’t dig.
