THE VENUE
The Florida International Rally & Motorsport Park is the most unique and diverse motorsport park in North America, featuring multiple off-road and rally trails, a 4×4 obstacle course, and a full circuit race track, located on 420 sprawling acres alongside the Keystone Heights Airport. This popular event venue hosts numerous large events each year, to now include the SAVE Expo. The FIRM is positioned in an excellent location in Starke, FL – sandwiched between the Osceola National Forest, Ocala National Forest, and Apalachicola National Forest. We are approximately one hour south of Jacksonville, FL, thirty minutes east of Gainesville, FL, and a little over two hours north of Orlando, FL. Check out our Road to Expo Guide.
WEEKEND CAMPING PASS
Weekend camping passes are pre-registration only.
Camping opens on Friday, February 28 at 7:00am. Children 12 years old and under attend for free.
Weekend pass holders have access to:
- onsite camping for one (1) vehicle and one (1) driver Friday, February 28 through Sunday, March 2
- the exhibitor and vendor area
- free educational and instructional seminars
- five (5) raffle tickets for event raffles
- optional off-road trail and obstacle course (please see “Additional Options” during checkout)
- a variety of food trucks onsite
Passengers need their own tickets, please purchase the appropriate number of passenger tickets when purchasing Weekend Camping Passes.
WEEKEND CAMPING PASS (MOTORCYCLE ONLY)
Weekend camping passes are pre-registration only.
Camping opens on Friday, February 28 at 7:00am. Children 12 years old and under attend for free.
Weekend pass holders will have access to:
- onsite camping for one (1) motorcycle and one (1) driver Friday February 28 through Sunday March 2
- the exhibitor and vendor area
- free educational and instructional seminars
- five (5) raffle tickets for event raffles
- a variety of food trucks onsite
Passengers need their own tickets, please purchase the appropriate number of passenger tickets when purchasing Weekend Camping Passes.
DAILY ADMISSION
Daily admission can be purchased prior to the event or same day.
Pre-registration is highly recommended to expedite event entry and wait times.
Daily admission hours:
Friday, February 28 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Saturday March 1 from 8am – 5:00pm
Sunday March 2 from 9:00am – 2:00pm.
Ticket prices vary by day. Children 12 years old and under attend for free.
Daily admission ticket holders will have access to:
- free on-site parking
- the exhibitor and vendor area
- free educational and instructional seminars
- daily event raffles
- two (2) raffle tickets – PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY
- optional off-road trail and obstacle course (please see “Additional Options” when checking out)
- a variety of food trucks onsite
No overnight parking or camping is permitted.
OBSTACLE COURSE
Obstacle course passes can be purchased prior to the event or same day. Pre-registration is recommended to expedite wait times.
The obstacle course is open during show hours only and is designed to offer a variety of challenges that test your and your vehicles abilities. Spotters will be on-site to assist at various obstacles – you are welcome to spot yourself, or have a friend guide you through obstacles. Bypasses are available for most obstacles.

OFF-ROAD TRAIL
Obstacle course passes can be purchased prior to the event or same day. Pre-registration is recommended to expedite wait times.
The off-road trail is open during show hours only and is a family friendly trail through the forest. The trail offers a variety of obstacles, with by-passes available for those who want a more laid back experience. Signage indicates obstacles that may require a spotter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you dog friendly?
Dogs are allowed on property, but must be leashed at all times. Dogs must be friendly, quiet, and kept under control. Please pick up after your pets. We reserve the right to request any dog to leave the premises if they are unsafe, a disturbance, disorderly or unleashed.
When is the event?
The Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo opens Friday, March 1st, and runs until Sunday, March 3rd.
What are the event hours?
The show will be open for the following hours:
Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
When can campers check in?
Campers can check in starting at 9:00am on Friday, March 1st – please bring an electronic or paper copy of your tickets. Check in will remain open until 9:00pm on Friday. Check in will resume at 7:00am on Saturday March 2nd, and end at 6:00pm. If you will be arriving outside of these times, please email us.
Do you offer a military and first responder discounts?
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount to active duty military, veterans and first responders on all entry tickets and course passes. Please reach out directly to tim@thesaveexpo.com to receive instructions on how to obtain your discount.
What will the weather be like?
On average, the weather this time of year is between 60º-70º during the day, and between 50º-60º at night. We recommend coming prepared for all types of weather, rain or shine.
Does a weekend camping pass give me access to the event?
Yes – the Weekend Camping Pass, including Passenger and Moto Passes, give you access to the exhibitors, seminars, and participation in the raffle.
Does parking cost extra?
Parking is included in your ticket price for this event.
Will you have handicap accessible parking spots?
We will have spots reserved for those with limited mobility and handicapped people.
Will there be food and drink options on site?
We will have food trucks available on site. Beverages will be available for purchase at drink tents. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.

Can I fly a drone?
Drones are not allowed – any drones seen flying belong to media staff.

If I am camping for the weekend, do my passengers need tickets too?
Passengers need their own tickets – if you are attending as a weekend camper, all passengers need a Weekend Camping Passenger Pass. You or your passengers can purchase these in the “add-on” ticket section.
