Can i camp within my booth space?
Absolutely – vendors are encouraged and welcome to camp within their designated booth space for free. Space is limited, so you must fit inside the perimeter of your designated area.
When is the event?
The Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo opens Friday, March 1st, and runs until Sunday, March 3rd.
What are the event hours?
The show will be open for the following hours:
Friday: 12pm – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: 9am – 2pm
Do you offer title sponsorship opportunities?
Yes, we do – if you are interested in applying as a title sponsor, please email directly to info@thesaveexpo.com to discuss opportunities. Title sponsorship opportunities are limited.
When can vendors check in?
Exhibitors can check in on Thursday, February 29th between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm, and Friday, March 1st between the hours of 7:00am and 12:00pm. Vendors must be set up and ready for show open by Friday at 12:00pm, no exceptions.
What will the weather be like?
On average, the weather this time of year is between 60º-70º during the day, and between 50º-60º at night. We recommend coming prepared for all types of weather, rain or shine.
Do I need credentials for my staff?
Yes, all exhibitors and staff will need badges. Each booth space comes with a set number of badges based on booth size. Additional badges can be purchased – please inquire with management.
if i am staying off property for the weekend, Do i need a parking pass?
If the vehicle you are commuting back and forth to the show in does not go in your display space, it is to be parked in the designated exhibitor parking lot. You will receive a parking pass for this lot. If you are commuting in a vehicle that is part of your display, you must arrive one hour prior to show open and wait to exit until one hour after show close. Once the show opens, these vehicles are to stay parked throughout the show
Will there be exhibitor overFLow parking?
We will have an exhibitor parking area designated for trailers, flat beds, vehicles that are not in booth displays, and RV’s. This lot does not have power or water, but you are welcome to camp here as well.
Will you have handicap accessible parking spots?
We will have spots reserved for those with limited mobility and handicapped people.
Will there be food and drink options on site?
We will have food trucks available on site. Beverages will be available for purchase at drink tents. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
Can I Fly a drone?
Drones are not allowed – any drones seen flying belong to media staff.

Do I have to stay until show close on sunday?
Yes, it is unfair to guests who pay daily admission for Sunday to have vendors packing up and leaving during show hours.
Are we allowed to bring generators?
Generators are allowed during the day, as long as they are quiet. If your generator is too loud and disturbing others, you will be asked to turn it off. Generators must be off by 10PM – if you need to run your generator overnight, we will arrange a spot for you in the generator camping area.
Are we allowed to play music?
Low level music is allowed, but please consider those around you. Quiet time starts at 10PM and will be enforced in the respect of others.
Are there educational seminars?
Yes, we have educational seminars through each show day. Please click here to see the seminar schedule from our 2023 Expo. The 2024 seminar schedule will be released closer to the event.
